About Mary Bradley

I taught in secondary schools for ten years. I understand the workload, the behavioural demands, the curriculum pressures, and the culture that makes it difficult to say when you’re not coping.

After leaving the classroom, I went on to study an MSc in the Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing, specialising in stress and burnout. My work now focuses on helping professionals recover from chronic stress in ways that are evidence-based, practical, and sustainable.

Burnout to Balance brings together psychological research and lived experience of teaching- practical strategies designed for the reality of school life.

One live, interactive session per week with Mary. You can ask questions, and you leave with tools to use immediately.
