About the host
I’m a stress management expert with a psychology-led approach, and I spent 10 years teaching at secondary level.
I understand the realities of the classroom; the pace, the emotional load, and the pressure to keep going even when you’re depleted. My work focuses on helping teachers understand what stress is doing in their bodies, and how to respond in ways that are sustainable and realistic.
