Let’s Talk Stress: A Free Live Session for Teachers
A 60‑minute online space for teachers to talk honestly about stress, get perspective, and leave with simple tools that actually help.
This session is free to attend.
Space is limited to keep it supportive and personal, so booking is essential.
Why this hour matters
Work stress in teaching rarely stays at work. It can spill into everything else – sleep, relationships, health, confidence, and even how present we can be with our own families. Recent Irish research shows that 86% of teachers report moderate to high levels of burnout, highlighting just how widespread this strain has become.
Alongside the exhaustion, many teachers also carry guilt, self‑doubt, and a real sense of having to “just get on with it”. You are absolutely not alone in feeling like this.

Meet Mary Bradley
Teacher, psychology‑based, and exam anxiety specialist.
I spent 10 years teaching in the classroom before going on to study the Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing. I now work with students, parents, teachers, and schools to support exam anxiety and stress around high‑stakes assessment.
I deliver workshops in secondary schools, speak at youth events, and provide one‑to‑one support to highly anxious students. I also speak regularly in the media – including radio, podcasts and Ireland AM – sharing practical, compassionate guidance on managing stress and anxiety.
